Cable Management Systems
Cable tray
Electrolink Cable trays are designed and manufactured to
ensure ease during installation, produced in 2.4 meters (8 ft.) and 3.0 meters as standard
length and offered in four (4) different types of sections, i.e., plain flange, outside
returned flange, inside returned flange and 90 deg. inside returned flange. The straight
sections and its matching fittings are available in standard mill galvanized finish to BS
2989 and hot dip galvanized after fabrication (HDGAF) finish to BS 729, optional materials
and finishes are also available to suit customer’s requirements.
Cable Ladder
Electrolink Cable ladders are fabricated with the
following specifications: Light duty with 50 mm side member height and rounded inside
returned flange, medium duty with outside flange and side height ranging from 100mm to
175mm and heavy duty with outside returned upper flange for extra rigidity. Standard
lengths are 2.44 meters (8 ft.) and 3.0 meters. NEMA standard lengths of 3.658 meters (12
ft.) and 7.315 meters (24 ft) are available on request. Standard finishes are mill
galvanized to ASTM 525-G90 (BS 2989) and hot dip galvanized after fabrication finish to
ASTM A123 (BS 729). Rungs are either welded for light duty (LD series) C-type rungs,
medium duty (MU series) U-type rungs and heavy duty (HS series) square tubular rungs or
the swaged flattened top (AM series) round tubular rungs. Optional materials and finishes
are also available to suit customer’s needs.
Cable Trunking
Electrolink Cable Trunking are manufactured to BS 2989
finish as standard. Its unique Kwik Fix cable trunking cover that are secured by a
recessed turnbar assembly which only requires a quarter turn to provide an efficient and
durable fastening are produced and supplied as standard. Screw fix covers,
multi-compartment trunkings, alternative materials and finishes are available on request.
Linstrut Metal Framing systems
Linkstrut metal framing systems, from Linkstrut channels
and its various channel combinations and channel accessories to the different type of
hardwares are known for its versatility, it makes installation easy and simple with
minimum hand tools needed for fixing. It also avoids welding or on-site fabrication jobs.
